COVID 19 Prcedures
Due to the spread of coronavirus we have taken the following precautions and request our clients follow the protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
- Please send all sides in advance via, we will print out our own set of sides to limit contact
- Masks are required upon entering. They may be removed for the taping once coach and client are in their positions which are marked off by tape and more than 6 feet apart.
- Please wash your hands upon entering.
- The bathroom is sanitized between each client and for the exclusive use of the client during their time (we have a separate washroom for coaches).
- If you have tested positive for COVID19, if you have been in close contact of someone who has tested positive, if you are feeling unwell or have a temperate please let us know and stay home. We are happy to figure out an alternative such as a zoom coaching/taping.
- All coachings that do not require a self tape will be done via zoom
- Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer or credit card pay via your invoice but if you choose to use cash please bring exact change only (we will not be providing change) an put the money in an envelope or ziplock bag.
